Aishwarya Bahuguna is a certified REBT practitioner, trained from the Albert Ellis Institute (New York, USA) with a Master's in Clinical Psychology (University of Pune). Throughout the last 3 years she has worked with various rehabilitation centers, clinics and mental health organisations. She has helped numerous clients with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional trauma and grief. Her passion for psychology and research helped her qualify the prestigious UGC-NET.
Aishwarya is well versed with CBT, REBT, DBT and Mindfulness based therapies however she prefers tailoring the approach according to every client's unique needs and goals.
Above all, she practices from a trauma informed and diversity-sensitive lens, creating an inclusive space.
