However, our empanadas are unique because we are always looking for ways to improve our product. We have made some slight changes along the way, but we have kept the generational recipe mostly intact.
Our signature Chimba Sauce is also something we take pride in. The accompanying Chimba Sauce has been refined over the years from the original, and has been customized to fit our Austin flavor palate.
