d) Device Access (Camera, Storage, Notifications)

We may request permission to access:

• Camera & Storage – to upload vehicle investigation images, invoices, and profile photos

• Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) – for status updates, timeline changes, invoices, and service alerts

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you allows us to provide a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your information to:

• Create and manage your account (User or Mechanic)

• Facilitate vehicle investigations, ticketing, and service updates

• Process payments, refunds, and manage your Truck Mechanik Wallet balance

• Verify identity and vehicle credentials (via third-party APIs such as Attestr)

• Send service-related notifications and updates

• Respond to customer service requests and provide support

• Monitor usage and trends to improve the App

3. Disclosure of Your Information

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and Truk Mitra Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Truck Mechanik Android Application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. User Registration

You may be required to register to access certain features (e.g., as a User or Mechanic).

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Update your information when necessary

3. Services Provided

Truck Mechanik provides a platform connecting users with mechanics, facilitating:

• Vehicle investigations

• Ticketing and service tracking

• Cost estimation

• Payment processing

We do not guarantee:

• Quality or suitability of third-party mechanics

• Safety or ability of service providers

Truck Mechanik acts only as a technology platform.

4. Wallet and Payments

a) Truck Mechanik Wallet

The App includes a digital wallet feature. Funds loaded into the wallet can be used for platform services.

b) Payments

All payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize us and our processors to charge the applicable amounts.

c) Refunds

• Wallet top-ups and service payments are subject to our refund policy.

• Service-related disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction through the App’s helpdesk/ticketing system.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create databases or directories without written permission

• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users

• Use verification systems (RC/GST checks) for fraudulent purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or connected networks

• Attempt unauthorized access to the App

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and all related content (source code, databases, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks) are owned or controlled by Truk Mitra Private Limited and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

7. App Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove content at any time

• Suspend or discontinue the App

• Change pricing without notice

We are not liable for interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation of services.
