True Ticket ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use our mobile application "True Ticket" ("App").

True Ticket is an event ticketing platform with two user roles: Organizer (creates and manages Expo listings) and User/Attendee (books tickets and checks in at events using a QR-coded ticket).
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to provide the core functionality of the app:
a) Information You Provide
Name
Mobile phone number
Company / Organization Name
Location / City
Number of members attending (for Attendees) or Expo event details (for Organizers)
This information is used only to process your ticket booking or manage your Expo listing.
b) Ticket & Event Identifiers
Unique Ticket ID and Expo ID, used to generate your QR-coded ticket and verify entry at the venue.
We do NOT collect device hardware identifiers.
c) Location Information (Optional)
Coarse and fine location may be collected only if you allow it, to show Expos active near your current city and to display event maps.
Location is used only while the app is in use, for this purpose only.
d) Camera Access (Optional)
Used only by Organizers to scan attendee QR codes at entry gates. We do not access your camera at any other time.
e) Storage Access (Optional)
Used only to let you save and view your ticket as a PDF pass locally on your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for:
Processing ticket bookings and generating QR-coded ticket passes
Verifying and validating tickets at Expo entry gates
Showing location-based Expo recommendations and maps
Enabling download of ticket passes in PDF format
Preventing fraudulent or duplicate entries
Allowing Organizers to view attendance metrics for their own Expos
We do NOT use your data for:
Advertising
Marketing
Analytics
Tracking across apps or websites
3. What We Do NOT Do
We do NOT:
Sell or rent your personal data
Share data with advertisers
Track users across other apps
Collect financial credentials (e.g., UPI PINs, card details, bank passwords)
Access SMS messages or contact lists
Collect device hardware identifiers
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:
With Event Organizers: If you book a ticket, your check-in details (name, company, check-in time) are shared with the Organizer hosting that specific Expo, so they can manage their own event attendance
Trusted service providers (Google Maps API / Play Services) solely to provide location-based features
When required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities
We do NOT share your data for advertising or analytics purposes.
5. Data Security
We protect your information using:
Secure communication (HTTPS/SSL encryption)
Restricted access limited to authenticated sessions and authorized personnel
Industry-standard security measures
However, no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
6. Your Rights
You may:
Request access to your personal data
Request correction of your data
Withdraw any permission granted (camera, location, storage) at any time via device settings
Request full account and data deletion
The App does not currently offer an in-app account deletion option. To exercise these rights or request deletion, email us at sgsapp20@gmail.com. We will confirm once your request has been processed.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

Google Maps API / Geolocator
8. Children's Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided data, we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date and communicated within the App.
