Hi, because of yours and one other review, I tried truepianos. I was very happy with it and decided to buy it. However - I am a student and getting the student discount seems to be impossible. After asking for it 3 times without even getting as much as a reply, I have almost given up on that. However a few days ago, I decided to give it yet another try.
I like their software and I also like to support developers who write great software but there has not been a update since 2012 which does not indicate a very active development and alongside with not getting an answer to my mails that certainly does not leave a great impression.
I am certainly not going to pay full price for a software after having gotten such a great taste of their customer care and not being sure whether or not development is still active.
Now - what are my options? Either I pay full price (which I will never do for the reasons explained above) or I just continue using what I have or I might even pay for a competitiors product.
I just hope that someone from Truepianos sees this and realizes that losing potential customers this way is unnecessary and stupid...
