True North Hunts is a field companion built for hunters. The app brings GPS mapping, waypoints, planned routes, Track Me, Saved Tracks, Blood Trail & Recovery, Compass, Hunting & Weather, Ontario hunting regulation references, Wallet & ID, and field-light tools together in one place.
Support
If you experience an issue with True North Hunts, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the feature you were using, and a brief description of what happened when contacting support.
GPS, compass, weather and other device-dependent features may be affected by location permissions, signal availability and environmental conditions.
True North Hunts does not replace official hunting regulations. Hunters are responsible for verifying the current regulations that apply to their location, species and hunt.

True North Hunts is designed with privacy in mind.
Location Data
True North Hunts uses location services to provide GPS mapping, current position, waypoints, route planning, Track Me, Saved Tracks, Blood Trail & Recovery and other location-based field features. Location information may be stored on the device as part of records the user chooses to create.
Wallet & ID
Images and information that users choose to store in Wallet & ID are intended for convenient on-device access. Users control what information they add and remove.
Hunting Logs, Routes & Recovery Data
Hunting logs, saved tracks, planned routes, waypoints and Blood Trail & Recovery records may contain information entered or generated by the user. These records are used to provide the app's field and record-keeping features.
Weather & External Services
True North Hunts may communicate with external services to obtain information such as weather data. Information necessary to provide those services may be transmitted to the applicable service provider.
Camera and Photos
Where a feature uses the camera or photo library, access occurs only after the user grants the applicable iOS permission.
Data Control
Users can manage or delete information stored within supported areas of the app. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS behavior and any information the user has separately exported or saved.
Permissions
True North Hunts requests iOS permissions only when required by applicable features. Permissions can be reviewed or changed through iPhone Settings.
Children
True North Hunts is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated as True North Hunts evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
