Background
The TLR Foundation was started with the vision to preserve and promote African heritage in South Africa, with a specific focus on the Eastern Cape Province. The project was initiated by True Levels Records, a leading 360° entertainment company based in Cofimvaba, South Africa, in response to a growing concern for the loss of African heritage in the region.
The project's history dates back to the establishment of True Levels Records in 2014. As the company grew, its team recognized the need to promote and preserve African heritage through community initiatives. TLR Foundation was subsequently established in 2021 as a non-profit organization to address this need.
The TLR Foundation's team consists of a dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about preserving African heritage. They include cultural education, heritage researchers, and community development experts. The team's collective expertise and experience enable them to deliver impactful programs that preserve African heritage and promote cultural understanding.
