1) Information that you permit within App to store and process:
1a) When you log in from Google/Facebook, we take your user name, Hometown, your age range, and Gender Info to provide you the best personalised experience
1b) If allowed, we access your Phone to read phone status, identity and Unique device ID of your device.
1c) If allowed, we access your photos, media and files to facilitate you to download photos to your gallery. If allowed, we access your storage file system, read and modify the contents of your storage.
1d) If allowed, we can track your location through GPS based on your SIM card, IP address or mobile device location settings to provide you localized advertisements and personalized Contents.
1e) We may also access to know your installed applications to provide you personalized contents (Contents what you liked the most). But we will not collect any form of private content.
2) Information that you provide to us during usage of our service:
2a) When you register on Indian Music Player ,we store your information like Name, Email address/Phone number and other similar information when you communicate to us
2b) When you connect to Indian Music Player, we take some non-personal data about yourself like the Android model, version, resolution of your mobile phone, IMEI, Language, network, unique mobile identifier, Mobile carriers, Cookies and other such information
2c) We store the data that you fill in your profile which include your Name, Email address, Phone number, Date of Birth, Education and other similar information
2e) We also keep a record of your usage history like Clicks on different Events, Exit pages/Screens on our services etc. to improve your experiences better with us.

4. How your Information may be disclosed
4a) Personal Information: In general, we use Session and Usage Data internally to serve our Users and enable them to take maximum advantage of the Applications, the Services and the Site. We do not disclose your Personal Information. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users

6. MONEY EARNING OPTION/TRANSACTION RULES
6a) When you log in the first time, you will earn Welcome Bonus Coins.
6b) If you invite your friends and he/she enter your Invite / Referral code, he/she will earn Bonus Coins (One time only) and you will also earn referral Coins when he/she completes the following tasks:
1) Install the App 2) Open The App 3) Register Using your Referral Code
6c) Value of Coins Earned in App to actual Cash/Rupee will keep on changing from time to time. We reserve full rights to change the number of coins needed/ Rupee value at any time.
6d) We pay you after the deduction of TDS, which is refundable based on your Income and Tax. You can reclaim the Tax amount by filing taxes to Govt. of India.
6e) If you bind your PAN Card to your Account, TDS is 10% but if you don’t bind your PAN Card, TDS is 20% as per rules of Govt. of India. This TDS is refundable as discussed before (Learn more about TDS and Income Tax Rule of India)
7) COMMON POINTS TO BE AWARE OF IN TRANSACTION RULES
7a) We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong information regarding your Paytm account resgitered Mobile Number and PAN Card. Authenticity is your own responsibility. Payment done to wrong account numbers will be your loss & Indian Music Player will not be liable to Pay again.
7b) Registering bulk virtual phone numbers (E.g. from “TextNow” application) to get OTP to register and fill in the invitation code to earn money illegally is subject to legal actions as per rules of Govt. of India
7c) We don’t pay to Non-Indian registered numbers
7d) If you use the same phone or emulator to fill in a number of Invitations and If you are logging in with multiple accounts repeatedly with the same cell phone or by using app-dividing software, These actions are subjected to Illegal activities and we may take legal actions against the user if applicable.
8. Money Withdrawal Rules & Process:
8a) To be able to Withdraw your Earned coins to Real Cash, you need to earn the minimum number of required coins equivalent to Rs 200. You can check the minimum required coins from Withdrawal Screen in My Account Page.
8b) After you earn required number of coins, withdrawal button will be automatically enabled in Withdrawal Screen in My Account Page.
8c) You can withdraw money to your PayTM wallet or UPI registered Mobile Number linked to your Bank Account.
8d) Withdrawals will take between 21 to 30 Business Working Days to process after submission of request.
8e) IMPORTANT - All Withdrawals will be divided & processed in 4 equal phases. E.g. If you withdraw Rs. 200, you will be paid Rs. 50 on every 7th day for next 28 Days after your withdrawal request is approved.
8f) For withdrawals to process successfully, you must have the app installed on your device & you should be active on the app. If app is uninstalled, withdrawals will be revoked.
9. Advertisements Network and Third Party Services
9a) Your information may be used for the presentation of advertisements. We may use ad networks to customize and display advertising on our Services. We may share certain information about you as a user (such as age or other information we have collected or received) with certain ad network and service providers to help them deliver more relevant content and advertisements through their networks.
9b) We use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit or use our application. These companies may use information about your visits or use to particular services to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
9c) We bring relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include personal loan offers, shopping offers and others. We are neither a distributor nor affiliated with an ad agency or company promoting their products in Indian Music Player.
9d) We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users. We can also give it to some government Institutions if and only if it is permitted by the Law of Govt of India.
9e) We cannot, and do not, control the information that you share with other Users using an Application, the Services and how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
9f) When you share our application/contents or link your user profile to some third parties like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. they might receive your personal and non-personal information like Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Age etc. We are not responsible for that kind of sharing of data as we don’t/can’t control it. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you accept this fact.
10. International Users:
Your personal and non-personal information may be stored and processed in any countries where we provide our services as described in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy and using our Application you consent to transfer your personal and non-personal information to us despite the fact that different countries have different data protection rule.
