ABout Us

We are faithful servants of the Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch (specifically the St. Matthew the Hermit Parish in Michigan) gathering and working together to learn more about the Syriac faith and tradition. Through the Church, we explore God’s word by digging deeper into the sacred pages of the Bible, study the Syriac divine liturgy, and more while making memories with each other that last a lifetime. We explore the Word of God and the traditions of the Syriac faith through various means such as cartoon-style episodes and discussions, alongside sharing reflections, context, and personal stories with a touch of reverence, wisdom, and humor, uniting people of all backgrounds through the grace of God.

Our Mission

Our mission is to teach others about God through the living faith of the Syriac Orthodox Church that is firmly rooted in Apostolic tradition. We seek to bring to light the wisdom, love, truth and sacred heritage of the Syriac Orthodox Church, allowing all people from all over the world to partake in its spiritual richness. From our cartoon-styled episodes to discussions with each other and other guests such as clergy, we are able to reach everyone (young and old) and fulfill what Christ commanded us, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). We strive to do as Christ commanded us by proclaiming the Gospel (good news) through the perspective of our ancient tradition and faith while bringing life, truth, and hope to every listener in Christ Jesus, Our Savior.
