1. What TrueCheck is

TrueCheck analyzes claims found in videos and shows a Truth Score with cited sources. It is an

information tool, not a source of professional advice. Verdicts are generated automatically from

public web sources and may be incomplete or wrong. Always verify anything important yourself.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

- use the app to harass, defame, or target individuals;

- attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the backend or its providers;

- use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We judge claims, not creators. Do not use results to harass any person.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

- Free users get a limited number of checks per day.

- TrueCheck Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. It renews until you

  cancel. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Payments, refunds, and renewals

  are governed by Google Play's terms.

4. Third-party content

Sources and links shown in results are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their

content or availability.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy,

availability, or fitness for any purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages

arising from your use of the app or reliance on its results.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
