Welcome to TrueCaller ID (the "App"). This document contains the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Privacy Policy that govern your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

I. End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and [Your Company Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.
1. License Grant
Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to use the App on a mobile device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

You agree not to:
- Commercially exploit, modify, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Remove proprietary notices or use the App for illegal purposes.
- Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of any other party.
3. User Content and Permissions
The App requires access to features like contacts, notifications, and location to function. By using the App, you grant Company access to these features as described in the Privacy Policy below. You are solely responsible for the content you search for or interact with.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the exclusive property of the Company.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
8. Limitation of Liability
COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].

II. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal Data
- Contacts: Accesses your contact list to display and identify callers. Data is not uploaded unless specified for cloud features.
- Phone Numbers: Collects searched or dialed numbers for caller ID history.
B. Usage Data
- Search History: Records of searched phone numbers or profiles.
- Device Info: IP address, device type, OS version, and diagnostic data.
C. Location Data
With permission, we collect location data to improve search relevance and identification.
2. Third-Party Services
We use third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, and marketing:
- Google AdMob: Personalized advertisements.
- Firebase: Analytics, Remote Config, and Push Notifications.
- AppsFlyer: Marketing attribution.
- Facebook (Meta): Marketing and tracking.
3. Permissions
The App requests access to Contacts, Notifications, App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and Location.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Processed via Apple StoreKit. We do not store financial information.
5. Use of Your Information
Used to operate the App, improve features, personalize content/ads, and communicate via push notifications.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained as long as necessary. You can clear history via Settings or contact us for deletion requests.
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update these policies and will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document.
