Community ASL Classes

Beginning ASL 1

This introductory American Sign Language course is designed for adults in the community who wish to learn the basics as a beginning second language course.

Students will learn introductory phrases, vocabulary in common communication situations, fingerspelling, numbers, colors, and culturally appropriate behavior.

Beginning ASL 1 Course Specifics:

Duration: 10 weeks
Frequency: 2 times a week
Meeting Days: Monday & Wednesdays
Meeting Times: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

*If a class is cancelled, another will be rescheduled
until all 20 meetings have been completed.

Cost Per Student: $300 ($15 per course)
