2. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, or affiliates of True Adventure Travel, its advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) are not eligible to participate.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the Dream Getaway Giveaway:

A. Booking Entry (Purchase-Based)

1. Book a qualifying vacation package through True Adventure Travel between June 1 and November 30, 2025.

2. Each completed booking automatically earns one (1) entry into the giveaway.

B. Social Media Entry (No Purchase Required)

To participate in the giveaway without making a purchase, simply follow these steps:

1. Follow True Adventure Travel on both Facebook and Instagram.

2. Share the official giveaway post on your timeline or story.

3. Comment “Mission Accomplished” under the Facebook Giveaway post on the True Adventure Travel official page. 

Once verified, your entry will be officially recorded.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (MST) on November 30, 2025 to qualify.

4. PRIZES

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected:

For U.S. Residents or Visa Holders (living in the U.S.):

• Grand Prize (1 Winner):
  Four (4) nights of deluxe hotel accommodations valued at approximately $159 per night, redeemable in one of over 50 participating cities across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

• Second Prize (1 Winner):
  Two (2) nights of deluxe hotel accommodations valued at approximately $159 per night, redeemable in one of over 50 participating cities across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

If residents of Any Other Country Win:

• Grand Prize ( Winner): $100 USD (cash equivalent, delivered electronically via PayPal or another secure method).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

• U.S. Grand Prize — $636 USD

• U.S. Second Prize — $318 USD

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative except as stated above. Winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer their prize except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by True Adventure Travel on or about December 6, 2025.
Winners will be notified via email, social media direct message, or phone (depending on entry method) within five (5) business days following the drawing.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 3 days, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Prize Redemption Rules (Hotel Voucher Winners – U.S. Residents or Visa Holders)

Winners of the hotel stay voucher are entitled to deluxe accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children at one of over 50 participating luxury destinations across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Redemption and travel are subject to the following conditions:

1. Travel Availability:
   Travel may be scheduled 7 days a week, subject to hotel availability and blackout dates.

2. Destinations:
   The voucher is valid for use in over 50 luxury destinations, including major cities and popular resort areas.

3. Occupancy:
   Each voucher covers accommodations for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 18 years old) per room.

4. Taxes and Fees:
   The winner is responsible only for applicable taxes and resort or booking fees, which must be paid at the time of reservation confirmation.

5. Booking Requests:
   Multiple travel date requests may be submitted when redeeming the voucher to increase the chance of securing preferred travel dates.

6. Advance Notice:
   A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required to process and confirm all travel reservations.

7. Validity Period:
   The hotel voucher is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of issue. All travel must be completed before the expiration date printed on the voucher.

8. Non-Transferable:
   The voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be resold, exchanged, or combined with any other offer or promotion.

9. Additional Costs:
   Airfare, transportation, meals, tips, incidentals, and any optional activities are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

10. Reservation Process:
    Detailed redemption instructions, including how to request travel dates and pay the applicable fees, will be provided to the winner along with the official voucher certificate.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.

• Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

• By participating, entrants grant True Adventure Travel permission to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless True Adventure Travel, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
