Trucking Rate 360 is operated by Jared Kern. This Privacy Policy explains how Trucking Rate 360 collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Trucking Rate 360 mobile application.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and authentication information necessary to create and maintain your account.
Load and Business Information: We may store information you choose to enter into the app, including load details, pickup and delivery locations, mileage, rates, expenses, truck settings, notes, saved loads, and other information you choose to save.
Location Information: If you choose to use location-based features such as “Use My Location,” Trucking Rate 360 may access your device location to calculate routes, mileage, pickup locations, final stops, or other location-related features. Location access is used only when needed to provide app functionality.
Photos, Documents, and User Content: If you use features that allow you to attach or store photos, documents, notes, or other content, that information may be stored with your account so the feature can function.
Subscription Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Trucking Rate 360 does not receive or store your full credit or debit card information. Subscription status and entitlement information may be processed through RevenueCat to determine which app features your account can access.
Technical Information: Limited technical information, logs, and diagnostic information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the app.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide Trucking Rate 360 features, authenticate users, calculate routes and mileage, analyze loads and profitability, save user settings and load history, manage subscription access, improve app reliability, provide customer support, and protect the app from misuse.
Service Providers
Trucking Rate 360 uses third-party service providers to operate certain features. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services; Google services for maps, routing, and location-related functionality; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; and Apple App Store or Google Play for subscription billing.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.
Advertising and Sale of Personal Information
Trucking Rate 360 does not sell users' personal information. Trucking Rate 360 is not designed to display third-party advertising.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information, including secure connections and security measures provided by our hosting and service providers. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Information associated with your Trucking Rate 360 account may be retained while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legitimate legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You may request deletion of your Trucking Rate 360 account and associated user data at any time.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Trucking Rate 360 account when possible so we can verify the request.
After a verified deletion request, we will delete the account and associated user data unless certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.
Deleting your Trucking Rate 360 account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the store where the subscription was purchased.
Your Choices
You may choose not to provide optional information or location access, although some app features may not function without the information needed to perform them. Device permissions can be managed through your phone settings.
Children
Trucking Rate 360 is intended for trucking, transportation, and logistics professionals and is not directed toward children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as Trucking Rate 360 changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
