Copy Right and Fair Use 

Copy right and fair use means that there are certain materials that people have a right to so you cannot use them freely. On the other hand, it also means that there are other materials that are free to use and you do no need permission to use them. In some cases, you can reach out to the person/entity that has the copy right on the material and ask them for permission to use their materials. If they say yes, you are good to go! But, please make sure to get their permission in writing so that they can not come back and say that they did not giver permission for their materials to be used.
