The primary aims of the Association are to organize and unite all pensioners within the jurisdiction and secure their welfare.

To organize and unite all Pensioners and Family Pensioners of Indian Railways.
To secure all kinds of reliefs and redress grievances.
To promote humanistic, literary, cultural, and scientific values among members.
To get involved in social and charitable activities.
To publish books, periodicals, and maintain a website for the Association.
To acquire properties for offices, guest houses, and old-age homes.
