Trover Saves The Universe Free Download

In the game, a being named Glorkon has kidnapped the dogs of the protagonist and sucked their essence into its eyes, granting him incredible powers that could end the universe. The player assumes control of a nameless Chairorpian, which is "a race of humanoid aliens confined to chairs", and they must rescue their dogs and defeat Glorkon in order to save the universe. Throughout the game, the player is accompanied by Trover, a purple alien monster.[1]

Trover features a science fiction setting in a universe that absolutely looks like something Rick and/or Morty could step into at any second. The main character sounds like Morty, and all the bad guys sound like Rick. Given how love-it-or-hate-it the show tends to be, that should be all one needs to know before deciding to play this game. Despite having the most toxic fanbase this side of the UFC, I happen to think Rick & Morty is hilarious, so I was completely down to give this one a shot on my own dime.

The game starts with your pet dogs being dognapped and stuck into the eyeholes of the games main enemy Glorkon; who is planning to use their life essence to destroy the universe. You are then teamed up with Trover, as he comes looking for you in your house to get you to go with him. Trover is a purple eye-hold monster who is not to chuffed being teamed with a Chairorpian and being given the job of saving the universe. The question is can you both work together to not only save the universe but your doggies too?

You're partnered with Trover, a little purple eye-hole monster who isn't a huge fan of working or being put in the position of having to save the universe. Only you and Trover can save everything in this bizarre comedy adventure filled with combat, platforming, puzzles, and morally questionable choices created by Justin Roiland!

One character from an alternate Rick and Morty dimension is called the Eyehole Man, and he beats anyone up who eats the gross fictional cereal Eyeholes. In one in-universe television commercial, that includes a pair of aliens with eyeholes on their face.

The game's meta-humour begins with the actual protagonist being an unnamed, unseen Chairorpian, a member of the humanoid species who never leave their seat, and who puppeteers the titular Trover through the same sort of gamepad you would be using to play the game in real life. You are doing this in order to retrieve the two dogs stolen by Glorkon the Abstainer, who placed them into his eyeholes in order to finally gain the power he needs to fulfil his dream of destroying the universe. The other Abstainers are not cool with that, however, and so they provide Chairorpian with Trover, as there's nothing better than an Eyehole Monster for freeing your dogs.
