Troutdale Adult Home Care is a Level-3 facility that provides respectful resident-centered care and wellness to our residents. Situated in the serene City of Troutdale, our home is custom-built to purposely serve our residents’ needs regarding their health, comfort and safety; and within 2 miles of a full-service community hospital.

Our home is RN-owned and managed by an experienced Registered Nurse/BSN, who lives in the house, and has over 10 years’ experience in both Critical Care and Long-Term Care. Residents’ wing consists of five large bedrooms each with its own private ADA-wheelchair-accessible full bath and wired for private cable TV and phone line. To ensure safety of our residents, the home has a backup generator in case of power failure. The residents’ rooms are remarkably clean and warm. Additionally, our home’s open-concept design not only ensures easy and safe mobility for our residents, but its large living room facilitates residents-centered activities like cards, games, puzzles, arts/crafts, music, and scheduled movie nights. We offer a healthy-eating menu centered on home-cooked meals while accommodating residents’ individual choices or special diet.
