Troubleshooting cloudLibrary
Does cloudLibrary save my place where I left off reading?
Yes, cloudLibrary will automatically sync to the spot where you left off on all devices. You can also bookmark pages in your eBook to look back to later.
Are eBooks/audiobooks automatically available?
No, like print books if the digital title is currently checked out by another patron you need to place a hold on the title and once it becomes available, you will be notified by your library and able to access the title on the cloudLibrary app.
Can I renew titles?
No, you cannot renew titles. After the 30 day checkout period, the title will be automatically returned. You may also return titles you finished before the return date early, by selecting the return book option.
Do I Need WiFi?
You are required to have wifi access to download the titles, but once the title is downloaded you are free to read or listen without having wifi.
I'm having trouble logging in, what do I do?
Make sure you are logging in with the same digits issued on your local library card. Do not put spaces in between digits.
Also make sure that you have renewed your library card for the year with your local library.
The app is not working, how do I fix this problem?
Make sure your app is up-to-date on all updates by checking on your smartphone/tablet's app store.
Another option is to uninstall and then reinstall the app.
