What is GirlsWhoCode?

Clubs are free after-school programs for 3rd-5th and 6th-12th grade girls to join our sisterhood of supportive peers and role models using computer science to change the world.

Starting a club does NOT require any previous coding experience. The only things needed to start a club are:

the space to host at a library/school/university or virtually
access to computers or ipads with internet access
over 18 years old and have the ability to pass a background check
