What is the Order of the Arrow?
The Order of the Arrow is the BSA's national honor society. It is for those who want to do more in scouting, best exemplifying the scout oath and law on a day to day basis. It gives you more opportunities (Such as leadership, traveling, etc.), service hours, and connections. You get to do high adventure activities such as rock climbing and rafting.
Election Process?
In order to become an ordeal candidate, you must:
Hold the rank of First Class or above
Have at least 15 nights of camping in the last two years
One long term camp consisting of 5 nights, and 10 short term nights
OA elections
