Hello Troop
I am a troop 318 merit badge counselor for the Art Merit Badge and wanted to offer to virtually assist any scout interested in working on this badge at home in our current social distancing environment.
I have created a syllabus that scouts can finish in about a month, with several lessons per week to do at home that involve reading about and creating art! Scouts can email responses/pictures of artwork to me directly, with a parent cc'd, of course, to complete requirements.
Certainly scouts do not have to follow my suggested time frame, but if they do and are willing to put in the work at home, the badge can be completed in about a month. I will keep track of each scouts' completed requirements and ensure Mr. Gillespie is updated as far as blue cards go. Thanks!

We will use the same link for ALL of our Virtual Merit Badges, so use this link EACH WEEK to access our Classroom!
