Consider Boy Scout summer camps when planning your summer schedule. The Council-owned camp schedule can be found below, and Troop 7 sends a group to Camp NoBeBoSco. Note that there is an additional opportunity to attend NoBeBoSco as an individual scout (or with friends from Troop 7) during a “Provisional” week.
A short description of the camps is:
NoBeBoSco is a traditional summer camp where the activities are structured around rank advancement. It is highly recommended for all scouts, and in particular scouts that have a goal of achieving the Eagle rank. It is a valuable experience for any scout whether they have been to different summer camps in the past or have never been to a week of summer camp before. Troop 7 typically has 18-25 campers for the week.
Adults are also needed to lead the troop at camp. If an adult cannot spend the full week at NoBeBoSco it is possible to spend half a week then “swap” with another adult.
