Welcome to the reporting page for the Grand Alliance Unit Excellence Program, also known as the Battle E program.  This program was designed to reflect the Battle Effectiveness awards found in several navies world wide and with the TRMN goal of promoting chapter activity, friendship, and camaraderie.  For a full list of the rules, click here.
