Trivix VPN — Secure connection. Clear privacy.
Last updated: September 26, 2026. Operated by Yellow Scarf for Trade and Investment LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how Trivix VPN ("Trivix", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application, VPN features, websites, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Trivix VPN is designed to provide a secure and private connection while keeping data collection limited to what is needed to operate, protect, support, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not intentionally inspect, store, or log the content of your VPN traffic.
We do not use the websites you visit through the VPN tunnel for advertising targeting.
We do not require unnecessary personal details to use the core VPN experience.
We use technical information only where it is needed for security, reliability, support, analytics, advertising measurement where applicable, and legal or operational requirements.
We may process technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, general region, crash reports, performance diagnostics, and app events. This helps us keep the app stable and understand whether important features are working correctly.
The app creates a random installation ID on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or advertising identifier. While the VPN is connected, the app sends our servers: connect and disconnect events, the server name and protocol you used, your network type (Wi-Fi, cellular, or other) and mobile carrier name, and server quality reports (the VPN server's IP address, its response time, and the VPN engine version). We use this only to keep servers working and remove broken ones. These reports are sent through the encrypted VPN tunnel, so they do not include your real IP address. The app also registers a push notification token with our servers so we can send service notices. To show you your current IP address, the app checks it with public IP lookup services (ipapi.co, ipwho.is, and ipify). We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS requests, or the content of your traffic, and access logging is turned off in the VPN engine on your device.
If you contact support, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your message, email address, screenshots, diagnostic details, and any information needed to respond to your request.
Trivix VPN may use advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and performance tools. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where allowed by your device settings, app events, crash data, and approximate technical information. We use this information to improve reliability, measure app usage, understand ad performance, and support free or promotional features where applicable.
We do not intentionally log the websites you visit through the VPN tunnel.
We do not intentionally store the content of your browsing, messages, files, or downloads sent through the VPN connection.
We do not build advertising profiles from the content of your VPN traffic.
We do not monitor your VPN traffic for marketing purposes.
We use information to provide and maintain VPN connectivity, manage sessions, improve app performance, detect crashes and bugs, protect the Service against abuse or fraud, respond to support requests, show and measure ads where advertising is enabled, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service or policy updates.
When you connect to a VPN server, your traffic is routed through network infrastructure operated by us or by trusted providers. These providers may process technical connection data needed to operate the network, secure the service, prevent misuse, and maintain performance. They are not permitted to use your information for unrelated purposes.
We may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud hosting, support, security, and platform services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and may also be governed by their own privacy policies.
These include Google AdMob and Unity Ads (advertising), Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, performance and notifications), cloud infrastructure providers, and Apple's App Store. Advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show and measure personalized ads only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information because it is necessary to provide the Service, because we have a legitimate interest in security, reliability, support, fraud prevention, analytics, and product improvement, because you have given consent, or because we must comply with legal obligations.
VPN connection events and server quality reports are used only to find and fix server problems, are kept for up to one month, and are then deleted. Push notification tokens are kept until you uninstall the app or the token expires. Support emails are kept for up to 12 months after your request is resolved. Analytics, crash, and advertising data are stored by Google (Firebase and AdMob) and Unity under their own retention settings. You can ask us to delete the data linked to your installation ID by emailing us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Trivix VPN. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we design the Service to limit unnecessary data collection and to protect the information we do process.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can manage app permissions, advertising identifiers, analytics controls, VPN settings, and notification preferences through your device settings. You can also stop using the Service at any time.
Trivix VPN is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are important, we may provide additional notice inside the app or through another appropriate channel.
If you have questions, requests, or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how Trivix VPN handles information, please contact Yellow Scarf for Trade and Investment LLC by email at majyadegari1980@gmail.com or through the support option inside the app.
This page does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Web pages shown inside the Trivix VPN app open in an in-memory browser view: no cookies, site data, or caches are written to your device or kept after you close the page, and nothing is shared with any other part of the app.
If you select "Ask App Not to Track" on Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, the app does not access your advertising identifier, no tracking takes place, and any advertising shown is non-personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
