Started with understanding the simplicial (co)homology then went on towards the math behind the Persistence Homology. Done some hands-on computations of bottleneck distance and comparing the English alphabets using the bottleneck distance. Surprisingly the math behind that easily computable tool goes till the category of graded modules! This was done under the guidance of Prof. Kashyap Rajeevsarathy.
