TriviaTot is a child-directed trivia game (“TriviaTot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when children and their parents or guardians use the TriviaTot mobile application.
We designed TriviaTot to minimise data collection. Children are not required to provide a real name, email address, telephone number, photograph, school name, date of birth, or precise location to play.
TriviaTot may store the following information locally on the user’s device:
Selected preset nickname and avatar
Quiz answers and gameplay history
Coins, rewards, level, and streak information
Sound, vibration, accessibility, and notification preferences

If online leaderboard features are used, TriviaTot may create a random anonymous user identifier. We may also process:
A preset nickname
A preset avatar identifier
level
Current or best streak
Achievement timestamps
Coin or reward records where synchronisation is enabled
The leaderboard does not require or display a child’s real name, email address, photograph, school, location, or internal user identifier. TriviaTot does not provide public chat, private messaging, or free-form profile descriptions.
Our online service provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including:
Internet Protocol address

Operating system or general device information
Connection, error, and security logs
Anonymous account and session identifiers
We use this information only to provide online features, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect game and reward integrity.

Rewarded advertisements are intended to be:
Contextual rather than behaviorally targeted
Configured for child-directed treatment
Appropriate for children
Optional and not the only practical way to continue playing
Delivered without requesting the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA)
Delivered without cross-app tracking or behavioral profiling
Our advertising provider is Google Ads.
The advertising provider may process the following verified information solely to deliver an advertisement, confirm completion, prevent duplicate rewards, maintain security, and prevent fraud:

We do not condition participation in TriviaTot on a child providing more information than is reasonably necessary for the relevant feature.
TriviaTot is designed for children, including children under 13. Where applicable law requires verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child’s personal information, we will request that consent before enabling the relevant online feature.
A parent or guardian may refuse or withdraw consent. If consent is refused or withdrawn, the child may still be able to use offline features that do not require the affected information.

A profile may be reset or deleted through:
A parent or guardian may also request deletion by emailing [itsumarjamshaid@gmail.com].
Deleting a profile removes or anonymises the associated online profile, leaderboard record, game progress, and supported reward information, except for limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup purposes.
Deleting the app from a device removes locally stored data according to the device’s operating-system behavior, but it may not automatically delete information previously synchronised online. Please use cache clear option or contact us to request deletion of synchronised data.
The leaderboard may display:
Preset nickname
Preset avatar
Score
Level
Streak
Ranking position
It does not intentionally display real names, photographs, contact details, internal identifiers, or precise location. There is no public chat or private messaging.
Parents may request that a child’s leaderboard profile be reset or deleted.
TriviaTot may offer optional local notifications relating to coin drops, streaks, or game reminders. Users can disable notifications through the app’s settings or the device’s system settings.
TriviaTot does not use notifications to pressure children into watching advertisements or making purchases.
We may update this Privacy Policy when TriviaTot’s features, service providers, legal obligations, or data practices change.
We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice or obtain parental consent when required. We will not use previously collected children’s information for a materially different purpose without taking the steps required by law.
