Information

The conference is held at the Soria Moria hotel in Oslo.

The conference will cover accommodation and all meals at the hotel for all participants. Booking will be arranged by the organisers.

Directions: From Oslo Airport (Gardermoen), we recommend to take the express train (Flytoget) to Oslo Sentralstasjon and then either a taxi or the metro (T-bane) Line 1 from there.

Information for entry into Norway

There are no restrictions on entry to Norway for people living in the EU/EEA. People who have a proof of vaccination connected to the EU vaccine passport system are also exempt from any quarantine requirements.

To help contact tracing, travellers entering Norway are required to register with contact details on https://reg.entrynorway.no/ before entry.

All travellers entering Norway are required to take a Covid test within 24 hours of entry. If you fly into Oslo airport, the required test is provided on arrival.

Local restrictions

Wearing a face mask is mandatory when you travel by public transport, or taxi, in shops, shopping centres and indoor station areas where it is difficult to keep a distance of more than 1m to others. This does not apply while sitting in a designated seating spot or at a table in a venue that serves food or alcohol.

Wearing a face mask is in general recommended at locations with many people where it is difficult to keep a sufficient distance to others.

If you test positive for Covid-19, there is a mandatory isolation period of 5 days from when you first develop symptoms, increased to 7 days if it is suspected that the infection is with the Omicron variant.

Rules for the conference

  • We strongly encourage all participants to keep at 1m distance from others and to wear face masks (except while eating) indoor during the conference.

  • Meals will occur at designated tables, while seated.

  • If you during the conference have symptoms that could be due to Covid, please keep at safe distance from other people and get tested.
