These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your ("you" or "User") use of the Trivia mobile application (the "App"), provided by Zion Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). Trivia is an offline trivia game intended for entertainment and educational purposes.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as any related policies referenced herein. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Zion Studios.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time by:
Posting the updated Terms within the App, or
Updating the effective date at the top of this document
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
"App" refers to the Trivia mobile application.
"Game Data" refers to trivia questions, answers, scores, progress, preferences, and settings stored locally on your device.
"Content" refers to all text, questions, answers, graphics, sounds, and other materials included in the App.
"System" refers to the software and technologies used to operate the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal purposes.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App or its Content
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security
Use automated systems to extract or scrape App content
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if misuse is detected.
Trivia questions and answers are provided for entertainment and general knowledge purposes only.
We do not guarantee that all questions or answers are complete, current, or error-free.
Content may vary by language or region.
Differences in translations may occur when using multiple languages.
No reliance should be placed on the App for academic, professional, or legal decision-making.
Trivia operates primarily offline.
All Game Data is stored locally on your device.
We do not upload, store, or back up your Game Data on our servers.
You acknowledge that:
Deleting the App may permanently erase your Game Data
Switching devices will not automatically transfer progress
We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or user action
Trivia may offer free features and optional paid content or upgrades.
Pricing and availability may vary by region and app store.
All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
We do not control payment processing, refunds, or billing errors handled by the app store provider.
From time to time, we may offer promotional features, limited-time content, or special access. These offers:
Have no cash value
May be modified or discontinued at any time
Are subject to availability and store policies
All rights, title, and interest in the App and its Content, including but not limited to trivia questions, design, layout, code, and branding, are owned by Zion Studios or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the App. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal information, please notify us so we can delete it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZION STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
LOSS OF DATA OR PROGRESS
DEVICE ISSUES OR PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS
CONTENT ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE APP.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
