Job Summary
Triumph Power and Gas is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Supervisor to support our operational efficiency and cost-control mandates. In this role, you will act as the core execution engine bridging the gap between end-to-end procurement cycles and compliant logistical delivery. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Management Lead, you will implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives, actively manage the day-to-day RFQ/sourcing pipeline, and process critical importation trade documentation. You will be responsible for managing high-value OEM/supplier relationships and coordinating complex logistics pathways to expand TPG's footprint in timely and compliant service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sourcing quality materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers or OEMs.
Processing RFQs, obtaining freight costs, and preparing competitive client quotations.
Following up on submitted quotes to secure purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers for timely shipment and delivery.
Inspecting and verifying received goods against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
Maintaining professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Tracking and controlling procurement costs in line with approved budgets and targets.
Collecting and analyzing supply chain data to support strategic decision-making.
Supporting cost-saving and logistics optimization initiatives.
Updating procurement trackers/logs and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Processing all requirements for the Importation Trade Documentation Process.
Operating current Trade and Customs Portals.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related engineering/commercial fields.
Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is desired
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive operational experience in Supply Chain within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors.
