Job Summary
Triumph Power and Gas is seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to support our commercial growth and market expansion. In this role, you will act as the core execution engine bridging the gap between technical solutions and commercial delivery.
Reporting directly to the AGM, Business Development, you will implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) roadmap for our newest services, actively manage the day-to-day BD pipeline, and nurture institutional relationships. You will be responsible for identifying High-Value Leads (HVLs) and advancing high-stakes contracts to expand TPG's footprint in the onshore and offshore energy sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities
Growth & Execution: Implement and drive robust business development plans and pipeline milestones to capture sustainable revenue growth and optimize profitability.
Pipeline & Account Management: Actively oversee relationships with assigned High-Value Customers (HVCs) and cultivate prospective High-Value Leads (HVLs) from initial outreach through to deal closure.
Market Intelligence & Tendering: Monitor market trends, compile competitive analysis, and track upcoming Onshore and Offshore EPIC project opportunities to feed the commercial team.
OEM & Partner Alliance Support: Assist in maintaining alliances with global partners, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Independent Service Providers (ISPs).
Go-To-Market (GTM) Activation: Execute localized GTM action plans for new products, specialized technical services, and regional expansions as directed by management.
Regulatory & Institutional Liaison: Manage day-to-day corporate communication and documentation requirements with key state-owned business units and critical regulatory bodies.
Commercial Deal Processing: Facilitate contract reviews, prepare Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive client-facing negotiations to secure high-value accounts.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a business-related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive operational experience in Business Development, Sales Account Management, or Commercial Operations within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors.
