Puppy Application

How to reserve a puppy:

You will need to fill out and submit the puppy application below.  After your puppy application is approved, we will add your name to our reservation/waitlist.  

Approved families will be contacted once the puppies are born to verify that they are still interested in a puppy.  If we don't hear back from a family within 24 hours, we will continue on to the next family on the list.  When we do reach you, we will need your decision that day. 

At that time, you will need to send a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to hold your puppy until it is ready to go home.  Please do not send a deposit without checking with us first.  We cannot accept deposits on waitlists that are already full.

The deposit/reservation fee is NOT refundable if there is a puppy available and the buyer changes their mind or for any other reason at any time.  

When it's time to select your puppy, if you do not find a suitable puppy, your deposit can only be moved forward to another litter in our next available opening on the in-line reservation list.  Once the puppies are born, if the gender you chose is available, your choice of gender cannot be changed, unless one is available after the reservation list is fulfilled.  The buyer has the right to contact the breeder PRIOR to the birth of the puppies, to change their choice of gender.  Should the sale be terminated by the Breeder, your deposit/reservation fee will be returned to you.
