Welcome to TripX, the smart trip planner app that helps you discover, plan, and organize your travel. By using TripX, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using TripX, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TripX is available to individuals who are at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using TripX, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Your Data, Your Control: TripX is designed with privacy in mind. All trip details, preferences, and personal data are stored locally on your device.
No Cloud Storage: We do not host or store your data on our servers.
Backups: If you delete the app or lose your device, TripX is not responsible for lost data. You are responsible for creating backups (e.g., exporting data where possible).
TripX provides tools to:
Plan trips with AI-powered itineraries.
Explore destinations, maps, and activities.
Organize your trips into current, upcoming, and past journeys.
Personalize settings such as travel mode, map type, and notifications.
We may update or improve features over time. Some features may be available only through a Premium subscription.
TripX Premium is available as a subscription with options (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly).
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play settings.
You agree not to:
Use TripX for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app without permission.
Interfere with TripX’s proper functioning.
TripX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all travel planning needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripX and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed bookings, or travel disruptions.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the app or update date above.
