This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Trippy Run ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is developed by Herb Lee and published on Google Play. Contact: herblee.pro@gmail.com
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A nickname you choose. When you play, you can enter a name (nickname) for the leaderboard. This name and your score are stored on our online leaderboard so players can see the global Top 10. You are not required to use your real name.
Your score, sent to our leaderboard service so the global ranking can be shown.
Your email address — ONLY if you choose to give it. The App offers an optional "Trippy Insider" reward: if you enter your email address and confirm it with a 6-digit code, you receive in-game coins. This is entirely voluntary and the App works fully without it. We use this address only to send you news about the game, updates and offers. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing). The App offers an optional one-time "Premium Forever" unlock and optional coin packs. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchased coins and unlocked items are stored locally on your device.
We do NOT collect your real name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any sensitive personal data. We do not sell your data to anyone.
NO ADVERTISING
The App shows no advertising, contains no advertising SDK, and does not use an advertising identifier.
HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
To display the global leaderboard (nickname + score).
To send game news, updates and offers, if you signed up with your email address.
To process optional in-app purchases (via Google Play).

These services process data on our behalf. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
CHILDREN
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.
DATA RETENTION AND REMOVAL
Leaderboard entries (nickname + score) are kept to display rankings.
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
To have your leaderboard entry or your email address removed, email herblee.pro@gmail.com. We will delete it within 30 days.
CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
