This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you use Triple Match King (the “App”) on iOS and Android.
The App does not require account creation or login. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or precise location to play.
The App uses GameAnalytics to understand gameplay usage and improve stability and performance. Depending on configuration, GameAnalytics may process:
gameplay/usage events (e.g., sessions, progression events),
device and app technical data (e.g., OS version, language, performance),
a GameAnalytics user identifier and related technical fields,
an anonymized IP address (or equivalent network/technical data) as part of event/telemetry processing.
We use this information for analytics and diagnostics, not for contacting you.
The App offers in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store / Google Play. We receive purchase confirmation (e.g., product identifier and transaction status) to deliver content and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.
The App stores gameplay progress:
Locally on your device, and
In the cloud through platform services (iCloud on iOS; Google Play Saved Games on Android), via VoxelBusters Essential Kit Cloud Services.
The App does not display third-party ads.
On iOS, the App may request permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) if the App (or an embedded third-party SDK) attempts to access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and/or perform “tracking” as defined by Apple. If permission is denied, the IDFA is unavailable (all zeros) and must not be used for tracking.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
We use information to:
operate the App (save/restore progress; deliver/restore purchases),
analyze gameplay and improve game balance and features,
monitor performance and fix crashes/bugs,
prevent abuse and improve security.
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the App:
GameAnalytics (analytics/diagnostics),
platform providers for cloud save (iCloud / Google Play Saved Games),
Apple / Google for purchase processing and verification.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Where applicable, we rely on:
Contract performance (to provide core functionality like saves and purchase restoration),
Legitimate interests (basic analytics and diagnostics to improve stability and user experience),
Consent (only where required, e.g., ATT permission on iOS when applicable).
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including troubleshooting, security, and legal compliance. Where possible, we delete or aggregate/anonymize data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent where applicable.

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
