This is the theme song for my new video game podcast Triple Click, which I produce and co-host with Maddy Myers and Jason Schreier.I'm playing sax, guitar, flute, and a few other instruments, though I used samples to build the drum groove. Jason and Maddy joined in to double the melody, playing acoustic guitar and Fender Rhodes, respectively.

Triple H has had an incredible career in wrestling, and throughout the vast majority of it, he's been treated like a big star. As a result of that, it's no surprise that The Game has always had brilliant entrance music. While it's changed plenty of times throughout his career, he's been given some great songs that have always suited his character at that time.

Whether it was heavy rock music or classical, Triple H's entrance songs really have been varied, but they've always worked well. But with him having so many fantastic songs, which has been the best of his career to this point?

When it comes to entrance music, it really doesn't get any more generic than Triple H's during his WCW career. This was just a very average bit of music that felt thrown together at the last moment, with no real theme or idea behind it.

Due to it not being as memorable, it's certainly not one of his greatest songs. However, for the character at the time, there's no doubt that it fits in perfectly with the gimmick, which is why it worked for him.

When Triple H began to transition away from the Hunter Hearst Helmsley character, a music change was needed. "Game Time" was one of his earlier entrance songs, which was just an instrumental from start to finish.

The music was good, and later became a much better song when it went through a couple of edits. The instrumental sound is something that fans do remember though, and because of that, it was slightly better than some of his other songs, but not by much.

Giving him a really well-known classical song just showcased how highly WWE thought about him at the time. It was clear what direction the company was wanting to go with him, and this very over-the-top song was the right call for his gimmick. The fact that the promotion wanted to associated such well-known music with him proved that he was highly regarded backstage.

Over the course of his career, Triple H has had several songs sung by Motorhead, and one of those was "King Of Kings." This is something that he has often used when it comes to the suited version of his character, and having something different than his in-ring music has worked well.

The song has been one that fans really enjoy hearing, and it gets a big reaction every time. It's something that suits him a lot, but it is quite similar to some of the other songs he has used and isn't as strong or memorable.

The song really suited Triple H's arrogant personality and felt like a really good blend between his D-Generation X music and what he had as a singles wrestler. When put together, it created a brilliant entrance song for that period of his career, bringing together some of his most important characters.

Of course, "Are You Ready?" is one of Triple H's greatest ever entrance songs. D-Generation X is one of the greatest factions of all time, and WWE ensured that the group had a fantastic song to go with that.

The song was catchy and memorable, which is crucial for an entrance song. However, it just really suited the group perfectly. The song had an element of chaos and arrogance to it, which is exactly how they operated in the ring and in segments, which made it work perfectly.

Another song that Motorhead has sung for WWE is "Line In The Sand," which was used by the faction, Evolution. This is another incredible song and it gave the group a memorable entrance that it really needed.

When people think about Triple H, "The Game" is the song that instantly springs to mind. This is the song that he used for the bulk of his career in the main event scene, and it's the one that suited his character the best as well.

The rock and roll vibe just worked wonders with the character, and the fact that WWE was able to get Motorhead was huge. It's one of the most iconic WWE entrance songs of all time, and is one that always gets a pop just from the opening riff, which is the sign of a truly great song.

Triple H currently has two entrance theme songs. One for when he wrestles, and one for when he comes to the ring to cut a promo. His main theme music is Motrhead's "The Game." The second one, "King of Kings," is also a Motrhead song.

Entrance music sets the tone for wrestlers when they enter the ring, and some theme songs hype up an audience instantly. Over time, many artists have contributed music to WWE, providing songs for WWE superstars' entrance themes. For instance, Alter Bridge's song, "Metalingus," has been Edge's entrance music for nearly two decades.

With Oscar season underway, it's worth noting that it could Billie Eilish in front of the Academy Awards next year. The last two Bond themes - Sam Smith's 'Writing's On The Wall (from Spectre) and Adele's 'Skyfall' - both won the Best Original Song Oscar.

Warren is known to professional wrestling fans as the voice behind the DX entrance music, and after this Jim Johnston (head of WWE music) became so impressed with Warren, that he offered him further vocal work. Over the course of the next four years, Warren recorded several songs for the WWF (now known as WWE). In 1998, Warren made his television debut at WrestleMania XIV, performing a screeching version of "America The Beautiful" and "The Star-Spangled Banner", for which he was booed, as the fans and national media in attendance considered the performance disrespectful and of poor quality.[citation needed] The performance was never released on home video and was edited out of the recent WWE Network version of the show. Warren and the band also performed the DX ring entrance music later the same night as DX came to the ring, and again five months later at the 1998 SummerSlam, which received a much more positive ovation from the fans and media. Later that year Warren recorded the vocals for Triple H's theme "My Time". This song was featured on the platinum album WWF The Music, Vol. 4. He also recorded the Superstars theme from 1997. His last appearance was a cameo on the Run-D.M.C. "The Kings" music video, directed by David Sahadi. Warren, along with Bro-Kin, recorded an unreleased song for WWE's Tough Enough II which never made it onto the show.

In July 2007, Warren and Bro-Kin signed an agreement with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which involved use of the band's music on TNA's TV shows (such as TNA Impact!), PPVs and DVDs worldwide. Their song "Low" was used as the theme for No Surrender 2007, "Separate" for Genesis 2007 and "For the Vein" for Final Resolution January 2008. Further cuts of other songs appeared (and continue to do so) on various TNA video packages.

Warren returned to WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, in August 2009 to record vocals to a new DX theme, coinciding with the return of the D-Generation X stable consisting of Triple H and Shawn Michaels, to active WWE competition. The recording session saw Warren re-united in the studio with WWE music composer Jim Johnston for the first time in over seven years.

Professional wrestler Triple H made his entrance to the METALLICA song "For Whom The Bell Tolls" during last night's (Sunday, April 3) WWE Wrestlemania XXVII match against The Undertaker at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia. You can watch video footage of his arrival below.

I'm going to share something with you today that is going to BLOW YOUR MIND if you haven't learned it already! Did you know that all music (well, 98% of it) is either duple (2 based) or triple (3 based) metre. Say what? You might be thinking right now.. 'obviously waltzes and minuets are triple metre, marches, hornpipes and polkas are duple metre.. but what about 5s and 7s? They're different! Oh and 9/8s.. they're different! Girl, you don't know anything..' am I reading your mind? It's all good! I used to think similarly, but I've since learned a thing or two and I want to share it with you today!

First, let's address the duple metre family.. There are a few obvious ones here, like the marches, polkas, hornpipes, 2/4 galops, 4/4s, tangos, habaneras, most czardas and your standard 2/4 allegro. What else belongs in this seemingly obvious category? Here are some surprises.. allegro 6/8s. That's right.. you'd think that a 6/8 would be triple metre; the adagio 6/8 is, but the allegro 6/8 is technically a 2/4 on compound-time steroids! Stick 3 eighth notes on each quarter note and you've got a 6/8. 123 456. It's duple metre. Another surprise duple is the 12/8.. This is the same idea.. it's 4/4 on compound-time steroids! Put 3 eighth notes on each beat so it feels like this super "notey" crazy big adage.. and really, it's a 4. If you can count a 4/4 adage, you can count a 12/8, you just need to hear the underlying triple sound under the beat. I was chatting with a teacher recently that was struggling with understanding a movie theme piece of music. It is a fabulous piece of music, very dramatic but it was also very hard to count for everyone, teacher and students. Turns out, it's a 12/8.. Now, that teacher is good to go and totally knows how to count her choreography! Another surprising duple metre piece of music is the 5/4! That's right. a 5 is a 2.

Now let's talk about triple metre! When it comes to triple metre, there is a lot of music that is not a surprise.. like all the waltzes, the sarabande, the minuet, the polonaise, the mazurka, the bolero, etc.. but did you know that the 7/4 or the 7/8 actually belongs to the triple metre family? It's rhythm, most commonly, is divided into 2 + 2 + 3. Do you see the 3 sections of rhythm within the measure? 12, 12, 123 | 12, 12, 123| etc. Another surprise, to some of you, is the 9/8. This is another simple metre'd time signature, on compound-time steroids. e24fc04721
