By accessing or using Trip Tracker (this Application), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Services. We may modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time and such modification will be effective upon posting to the Application.

All Subscriptions may be final and non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you agree that we are not required to provide a refund for any reason.

We may change, modify, or eliminate features of the Subscription at any time, with or without notice. We does not warrant that any particular features provided by us will be available in the future. You agree that we will bear no liability to you or any third party if we do so.

We may modify or update this Terms of Use at any time effective. Your continued use of this Application constitutes your acceptance of this Terms of Use and any modifications or updates thereto.

Subscription Fee Changes

We, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will not go into effect automatically; you must opt into the fee change to continue using the Subscription after the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Free version

We provide a free version of this Application in which you can access limited features of this Application.

Premium version

We provide a Premium version of this Application, that is enabled via an auto-renewing subscription, or lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Auto-renewal may be turned off by the user, by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

The duration and price of each subscription is displayed on the purchase screen, and updated at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use this Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on this Application; (iii) any content obtained from this Application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Termination

You agree that we may terminate your access to this Application, at our sole discretion, without cause or notice, and without penalty, at any time. We may also at any time discontinue providing access to this Application, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to this Application or any portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Application.

At times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Terms of Use, such as due to changes in the services we offer, Apple's policies and procedures, and/or by applicable laws. We reserve the right to update or modify this Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Please review this Terms of Use periodically.
