General Members Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to Triose Logistics! As a member of our Virtual Trucking Company (VTC), you are an essential part of our growing community. To ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience, we’ve outlined the following rules and guidelines.

1. General Conduct

• Respect Others: Treat all members with kindness and courtesy, regardless of their background or opinions.

• No Harassment or Discrimination: Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

• Professional Behavior: Maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions, whether within the VTC or in external events representing Triose Logistics.

2. Community Engagement

• Stay Active: Participate in convoys, events, or discussions to remain an active member.

• Use Appropriate Channels: Communicate in the correct channels on Discord or other platforms. This keeps discussions organized and enjoyable for everyone.

• Feedback is Welcome: Constructive criticism and suggestions are encouraged to help improve our community.

3. Driving Standards

• Follow the Rules of the Road: Adhere to the traffic laws and regulations within ETS2/ATS and respect other players on the road.

• Drive Responsibly: Reckless or troll-like driving during convoys or events will lead to disciplinary action.

• Fleet Representation: If driving a company-branded truck, maintain a high standard of driving to uphold Triose Logistics’ reputation.

4. Events and Convoys

• Participation: Be on time for scheduled events and convoys. If you cannot attend, let a staff member know in advance.

• Communication: Follow instructions provided by event leaders or convoy controllers.

• Etiquette: Avoid disruptive behavior, such as overtaking without permission or unnecessary honking.

5. Use of Company Resources

• Brand Assets: Triose Logistics logos, skins, and other assets are for official use only. Do not alter or misuse them without permission.

• Community Platforms: Respect the rules of our Discord, forums, or other official platforms. Spamming, advertising, or inappropriate content is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about other members without their consent.

• Protect Confidentiality: Internal discussions, plans, or documents must not be shared outside of the VTC.

7. Reporting Issues

• Report Misconduct: If you witness a rule violation, report it to a staff member promptly.

• Seek Help: If you face challenges, whether related to the VTC or personal matters, reach out to the Employee Care Program or staff for support.

8. Disciplinary Actions

Failure to follow these rules and guidelines may result in:

• Warnings (verbal or written).

• Temporary suspension from events or privileges.

• Removal from Triose Logistics.

Each situation will be reviewed carefully to ensure fair and appropriate actions are taken.
