Trio Notes (“the App”) is a simple note-taking application that runs entirely on your device.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.
The app stores your notes (Standard, Smart, and Revenue Notes) locally on your device only.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your notes.
When you export a TXT or CSV file, the file is saved directly to your device’s Downloads folder.
No exported file is uploaded, transmitted, or sent to us or third parties.
Trio Notes uses Google AdMob to display banner, native, and rewarded ads.
AdMob may automatically collect:
Device identifiers (Android advertising ID)
Approximate location (country/region)
App usage data (e.g., ad impressions, interactions)
IP address (used for fraud prevention)
This data is handled according to Google’s privacy policies and is not stored by us.

We do not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or any other analytics service.
We do not collect or store your personal information.
The app only uses:
Local storage on your device to save notes
AdMob data to serve ads (managed entirely by Google)
Your content never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.
Required for loading Google AdMob ads.
Used only for saving exported notes as TXT or CSV files to your Downloads folder.
The app does not read or access any other files on your device.
Trio Notes is not directed toward children under 13.
Google AdMob automatically enforces age-appropriate advertising through Google’s policies.
Since no personal data is collected by us, we do not store or transmit sensitive information.
Your notes remain entirely on your device unless you export them.
The app uses the following third-party service:
Displays ads
Collects usage data needed to serve personalized or non-personalized ads
Handles user consent when required (e.g., GDPR regions)

You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

You can delete notes directly inside the app.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored notes.
