We are a confessional Lutheran church belonging to the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.
Here you will hear Christ-Crucified for the forgiveness of your sins and you will be fed with the Word of God as you hear Christ-Centered preaching to strengthen your faith.
Communion is offered each Sunday at both churches. We practice the historic standard of closed communion, meaning only those who are members in good standing of an LCMS congregation or a church body in communion with the LCMS may receive communion. If you have any questions about this practice, please contact Pastor Schulz who would be willing to discuss this practice and answer any questions.

Matins is a historic, sung morning prayer service, emphasizing scripture, psalmody, and prayer. It centers on praising God at the start of the day through an opening versicle ("O Lord, open my lips"), Psalms, an office hymn, scripture readings, and canticles. The service is about a 1/2 hour. All are welcome to join us!
Iowa March for Life Rally
Plan to attend the 2026 Iowa March for Life LCMS Rally on Sat, June 20th in Des Moines!
