The Board of Parish Life Needs You!
The Parish Life Committee plans, promotes, and coordinates activities that foster spiritual growth in the congregation through a variety of non-day school educational activities and opportunities, and in promoting missions, evangelism, and outreach.
Member-At-Large Committee Opportunities.
Member-At-Large positions are volunteers who are recruited as needed and serve for the duration of the current project(s) for which they were recruited. Please consider volunteering your time and talents to assist us to serve our congregation.
· Thrivent Advisor (formerly Rita H)
o This volunteer will assist the Board in applying Thrivent funding to our various projects.
· New Member Welcome Packet
o This project will need multiple volunteers to imagine and create a packet of information that will help our new members transition into our congregational family.
· Pictoral Church Directory
o This project will need multiple volunteers to plan, design, and execute an updated Congregation Directory.
o We are also hoping to find a photographer within our congregation to assist us in creating our digital directory.
· VBS Volunteers
o VBS will be June 7-11, 2021. These volunteers will assist the VBS Coordinator as may serve as planners, decorators, teachers, and aides.
· Sunday School Coordinator (currently Dorothy S)
o This volunteer assists in organizing the children’s Sunday School program. Main duties include monitoring the teaching schedule, ensuring teachers have the
appropriate materials, and reporting needs and issues to the Board of Parish Life.

The Board of Parish Life meets at 6:00pm on the Second Tuesday of each month (typically for one hour). All are welcome to attend.
