We seek to continue the spirit of the 2022-2023 Academic Year in our commitment to living with the principles of "life together", to engage in God’s redemptive work in the world by cultivating vocational excellence, Christian faithfulness, and lifelong learning, and to continue to say, "Great Is Thy Faithfulness". 

The word “amicitia” is Latin for “friendship”. The motto written on the seal of the association, “Vänskap och Gemenskap finns i Guds Familj” was written in Swedish and translates to, “Friendship and Fellowship exist in the Family of God”.  The Swedish language was chosen to reflect part of Trinity’s heritage and the shared heritage of some of the founding members’ families.

The Latin phrase “animo alumni” refers to individuals who, despite not having officially graduated from an institution, maintain a strong connection to the school and its values. 

This could include someone who attended an institution but was unable to complete their degree for one reason or another, or someone who simply feels a strong affinity for an institution and considers themselves a part of it. 

In this context, the phrase implies that the T.A.A. member attended Trinity International University and has the same spirit, pride, and loyalty as an official alumnus of the school. Members of this association are either members of the Class of 2023 or students who were unable to complete their degrees at Trinity College.
