We have had the luxury of living in the Trilogy community for the last 30 years (in 2 homes) and love the peacefulness and serenity of this neighborhood. We very much enjoy the amenities at the Cascade Club and walking around the trails in the area. I will be selling this house to split my time between my daugheter's home in Kirkland, my son's home in Vancouver BC and Hong Kong during the cooler months. I love my home where we have made many wonderful memories which I will treasure.
