ELL Theatre is an accessible, learning-focused, collaborative theatre group for people learning English. We use activities like monologues, acting scenes, improv, and playwriting to help you practice English in a real and engaging way. Upon completion, you may choose to participate in a live theatrical performance for a public audience. 

You can also explore technical theatre and production, including set design, lighting, costume design, and directing. These activities help you build new skills and become more confident using English in a workshop setting while learning about language and culture.

At ELL Theatre, you learn English by doing and creating with others. It’s an engaging experience where learning English and making theatre happen together.
