Dr. Tridip Pantha is a Professor and Senior Consultant in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery at the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Bir Hospital, Kathmandu. With more than two decades of dedicated clinical, academic, and research experience, he is widely recognized for his expertise in diagnosing and surgically managing complex ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Pantha has successfully performed thousands of ENT surgeries, earning a reputation for surgical precision and excellence in patient care. He has also completed a fellowship in allergy management, gaining specialized training in the treatment of children and adults with allergic rhinitis and asthma, further broadening his scope in comprehensive ENT care.
He has authored multiple peer-reviewed research publications and has contributed significantly to the advancement of ENT surgery in Nepal through innovation, training, and academic leadership. As a dedicated teacher and mentor, Dr. Pantha has guided postgraduate residents and young surgeons in mastering modern surgical techniques.
His clinical expertise covers a wide range of procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, thyroid surgery, ear surgery, myringoplasty, and head & neck cancer surgery. He is also known for his patient-centered approach, combining compassion with precision to achieve the best possible outcomes.
In addition to his academic and clinical roles, Dr. Pantha has served as the Former Joint Secretary of the Society of Otolaryngologists of Nepal, contributing to the professional development and advancement of ENT practice nationwide.
