The Spring Green Dolphins are thrilled to host the 2026 Tri-County Conference Meet, and we can’t wait to welcome you for what promises to be a fun, festive, and memorable experience!

Our “Holly Jolly Conference” theme is sure to bring plenty of spirit and excitement to the pool deck. As we continue planning this special event, we’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for teams to enhance their conference experience through VIP Pool Deck Seating.

These exclusive VIP seats will be located on the pool deck, providing spectators with premium front-row views and an up-close experience of all the action, energy, and excitement throughout the meet.

How Does It Work?

Each participating team will have the opportunity to purchase six designated VIP seats for both Saturday and Sunday on the pool deck. Six VIP lanyard passes will be distributed daily and may be shared at each team’s discretion. Teams may choose to divide the passes between morning and afternoon sessions or assign them to spectators for the entire day.

To ensure a safe and organized environment:

• VIP lanyards must be worn and visible at all times while on the pool deck.

• Spectators must remain in their assigned VIP seating area unless entering or exiting the pool deck.

VIP Seating Investment

The VIP Pool Deck Seating package will be available exclusively in sets of six passes for $300 per team (this is for Saturday AND Sunday). This package includes admission for the pass holders if utilized for the entire day for both Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to providing an incredible viewing experience, we believe these VIP passes offer teams a unique fundraising opportunity. Consider using them as swim-a-thon incentives, raffle prizes, volunteer rewards, or other creative fundraising initiatives to engage and excite your team families!

Reservation Information

Teams interested in purchasing the six VIP passes for both Saturday and Sunday of the Conference Meet must submit their commitment by July 5th..

If any teams choose not to purchase their allotted passes, additional VIP seating may become available. Any remaining availability will be communicated to teams by July 7th.
