• Product Refers to the game application "Trick Shot VR".

• You means the individual accessing or using the Product, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Product, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

We, and the Product do not collect any user Personal Data. 

We, and the Product do not collect Usage Data. Usage Data, like application runtime, may be captured by storefronts like Steam or Meta.

User Data Removal Request

Users may request the removal of Personal or Usage Data. Again to reinstate : No Data is collected. But in the case that a request would still like to be made, You can contact Us from Our contact page : https://www.darkcreststudios.com/contact.

Make sure to include phrasing with terms akin to "Data Removal" in the contents of the message.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Product, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
