Communication Policy

This Communication Policy is set to ensure that all clients on all platforms receive the highest quality, HIPAA Compliant Care. 

In case of an emergency, risk of harm to self, or risk of harm to others, clients are to call 911 or go safely to the nearest hospital.

Phone number 929-263-4691, is to be used for all inquiries made outside of a 3rd Party that Tricia Gunter, MA, LMHC, LPC may be contracted with.

929-263-4691 is not to be used to relay specific therapeutic information.

Texting or Emailing to/from 929-263-4691 is not permitted, as there is no guarantee of transmission or receipt.

The only communication that can be guaranteed to be effectively transmitted are synchronous verbally confirmed communication.

For clients who are connected with Tricia Gunter, MA, LMHC, LPC via a 3rd Party: Please utilize the communication methods outlined by that party.
