1A. Acceptance of Terms and Description
By using Triangle ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot. This bot is meant to help manage discord servers to improve the capability and management of your server with ease.
1B. User Responsibilities
1B.1 You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
1B.2 You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
1B.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any use of the Bot within your server complies with all applicable terms and regulations.
Service Availability and Bot Usage
2.1 Service Availability
2.1.1 The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available."
2.1.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Bot.
2.1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bot’s services at any time without notice.
2.2 Bot Usage
2.2.1 This bot is meant for the following purposes.
Assist in moderation
Manage server
Support ticket system
2.2.2 The following listed are violations of the bots usage that can result in termination and suspension from Triangle services. See section 4 for more information regarding any terminations or suspensions of the bots services.
Using the bot for inappropriate usages usages such as direct messaging(DM) or using the

to say any slurs or derogatory words is considered a violation of section 2.2.2 and can result in termination or suspension of Triangle services.
Spamming the ".say command" to someone or a whole server repeatedly within seconds, 20 or more messages within a span of a few minutes to a single person or multiple people.
3.0 Liability, Intellectual, Data, and Privacy
3.1 Liability Disclaimer
3.1.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triangle is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.
3.1.2 Use of the Bot is at your own risk.
3.2 Intellectual Property
3.2.1 All rights to the Bot’s code, design, and branding are owned by Triangle Developments.
3.2.2 You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Bot’s code or assets without prior written consent, Doing so will result in a blacklist and termination from Triangle Development and it's Assets.
3.3 Data Collection and Privacy
3.3.1 The Bot may collect and store data necessary for its functionality, such as user IDs, server IDs, and message content for processing commands.
3.3.2 We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Termination and Suspension
4.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
4.2 Grounds for termination include anything that violates the terms of service and violation of bot usage in section 2.2.2
4.3 Suspension from the bot can range from 1 day to a year or more depending on the severity. If you're suspension is listed as appealable you may make an appeal via Triangle Support using the appeal system, See section 6 for Triangle Support Information
Changes to Terms
5.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
5.2 Continued use of the Bot after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
