Triana 35 is a unique Coliving experience in Madrid. The limited number of rooms available, premium quality finishes, a familiar atmosphere, and cozy spaces turn this single-family home into a place where you can share your stay in Madrid with other young people like you, including students and young professionals.
This single-family house has been specially designed and prepared for 10 young people of diverse nationalities, who are open-minded and willing to share and learn from one another.
We offer all the necessary services and amenities in a modern and secure environment within one of Madrid's most exclusive residential areas. We have 10 rooms (2 with an en-suite bathroom, 2 with a private exclusive shared bathroom between two connected rooms, and 6 with a shared bathroom accessed via a communal hallway).
Because the well-being of our tenants is paramount to us, we offer premium services included in the price. These services include a private gym, daily cleaning of the bathrooms and bedrooms, a weekly laundry service, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a cold breakfast.
Furthermore, you can rest assured that during your stay you will have the mobile phone number of a highly trusted person who will resolve any doubts, questions, or circumstances that may arise. If necessary, this person will visit you weekly to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we guarantee the utmost peace of mind for the parents and legal guardians of the young tenants.

Salamanca and Opera: Rooms on the ground floor ($14m^2$ and $12.5m^2$). Both have direct access to the garden via a large glass wall. They include a $135\text{cm}$ "queen size" bed, a built-in wardrobe, a study desk, an ergonomic chair, an AC Split unit, and an exclusive shared bathroom.

Latina and Estrella: Rooms on the ground floor ($8m^2$ and $11m^2$). Both include a "queen size" bed with storage, a built-in wardrobe, a study desk, an ergonomic chair, an AC Split unit, and a shared exclusive bathroom with the Estrella room.
Entrance/Reception Floor (Cozy Library with Designer Fireplace)
Embajadores and Almagro: Rooms on the entrance floor (both $14m^2$). Both include a "queen size" bed, a built-in wardrobe, a study desk, an ergonomic chair, an AC Split unit, and a shared bathroom accessed via a communal hallway.
Lista and Moncloa: Rooms on the entrance floor ($16m^2$ and $10m^2$). They include a "queen size" bed, a built-in wardrobe, a study desk, an ergonomic chair, an AC Split unit, and a shared bathroom accessed via a communal hallway.
Upper Floor (Pleasant TV Room)
Independencia: Room on the upper floor ($13.5m^2$). It is the only room on this floor. It includes a $135\text{cm}$ "queen size" bed, a built-in wardrobe, a study desk, an ergonomic chair, an AC Split unit, and a private en-suite bathroom.
Pio XII Metro Station (Line 9): Less than 100 meters from the house.
Bus Stop (Lines 16 - Moncloa, 29 - Felipe II, 150 - Sol, and N1 - Cibeles): Less than 50 meters from the house.

The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited use of the gym), as well as daily cleaning and weekly laundry.
None of the rooms have their own kitchen.
